The property is dated but comfortable. It is located right off the interstate 70, and across the street from the Loves Gas Station, Subway, A&W, and Cancun Mexican Grill (all within a short walk).

Awesome pricing, perfect location right outside of Hayes, across the street from loves truck stop for easy re-fueling in the morning, large rooms, clean sheets

The breakfast was wonderful. The only negative was that eggs, bacons or sausage was not offered. The motel smelled and looked clean when I entered the building. The same can be said of my room. Very quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was more than continental but not buffet. Traveling would have liked at least a sasuge or bacon biscuit.
